BIELUCH, J.

This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment of the trial court dismissing an action brought against his employer under General Statutes § 31-721 for nonpayment of wages. The sole question before us is whether the trial court erred in finding a lack of subject matter jurisdiction for the plaintiff's failure to exhaust available grievance procedures under a collective bargaining agreement. We find error.
