This appeal arises from a decision of the District Court granting judgment in favor of Appellant General Electric Credit Corporation (hereinafter "GECC") on its contract claim. The District Court granted judgment after a bench trial and the submission of stipulated facts. The Court entered a judgment for GECC in the amount of $34,146.72. GECC, however, had been seeking $282,011.35 in damages, plus prejudgment interest and attorneys...
