These are appeals by plaintiff, pro se, from two judgments rendered by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. The first judgment sustained defendant's motion for summary judgment while the second overruled plaintiffs motion for relief pursuant to Civ. R. 60(B). Also before the court is defendant's motion to dismiss both appeals.
