OPINION

GRANT, Chief Judge.

The trial court dismissed Ronald Blauvelt's complaint because he failed to properly notify defendant Maricopa County of his claim and to properly serve the complaint on the county. Blauvelt appeals. We affirm the trial court's dismissal, but write to clarify the procedure an injured party must follow to properly submit a claim to, and later file a lawsuit against, a local governmental entity...
