In this appeal, defendants-appellants Sona Distributors, Inc. ("Sona") and Elmcrest Trading, Ltd. ("Elmcrest"), along with their attorneys, seek relief from the district court's imposition of pre-trial Rule 11 sanctions against defendants and their attorneys, jointly and severally, payable immediately. Because we hold that the district court did not abuse its discretion in imposing these sanctions, we affirm the district court's order, 117...
