Following a preliminary examination on March 31, 1986, defendant was bound over on a charge of involuntary manslaughter, MCL 750.321; MSA 28.553. On October 1, 1986, the trial court granted defendant's motion to quash the information and dismiss the charge against defendant. The people appeal as of right.
