Plaintiff, the County of Lake (County), appeals from a directed finding entered in the circuit court of Lake County for defendant-counterplaintiff, Norman Zenko. The County filed an amended complaint against Zenko seeking, inter alia, to enjoin his operation of a junkyard in violation of the Lake County zoning ordinance.
