SAWYER, P.J.

Defendant was convicted, following a jury trial, of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree. MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2). He thereafter pled guilty to being a habitual offender (second offense). MCL 769.10; MSA 28.1082. Defendant was thereafter sentenced to serve a term of from twenty-five to eighty years in prison. Defendant now appeals and we affirm.

Defendant's CSC conviction arose out of his sexual abuse of the then seven-year-old daughter...
