Plaintiffs/Appellants, four former supervisory employees of defendant Dover Corporation, Norris Division ("Dover"), brought an action against Dover pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634, alleging that Dover had terminated their employment in violation of the ADEA.
