This appeal comes to us after we remanded the case to the trial court. This was after the Supreme Court, at 466 U.S. 648, 104 S.Ct. 2039, 80 L.Ed.2d 657, reversed the decision of this court reported at 675 F.2d 1126, and remanded the case. It was decided by the Court with the reversal in Strickland v. Washington, 466 U.S. 668, 104 S.Ct. 2052...
