BALDOCK, Circuit Judge.

Roy and Lorna Wolf were indicted on one count of second degree murder, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1111,1 and aiding and abetting second degree murder, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2.2 A jury found both defendants guilty as charged. Roy Wolf was sentenced to confinement for eighty years, with a minimum of twenty-five years to be served, and specially assessed fifty dollars....
