Forty-four days after entry of a judgment of divorce nisi, counsel for the wife moved under Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P. 60(b) (1975) to alter the judgment so as to include the wife's reasonable attorney's fees and costs. A Probate Court judge allowed $9,000 in fees (against a claim of $29,919), and the husband has appealed.
