This cause is before the Court on the defendants, Prudential-Bache and Alan Stark's renewed motion to compel arbitration (D.E. 115). In September, 1985, this Court entered an Order compelling arbitration of Counts IV and VIII of the complaint, and stayed the plaintiff's remaining claims pending the resolution of those claims which were to be arbitrated.
