The instant adversary proceeding involves an Objection filed by PATRICIA SMITH, the Debtor-mortgagor (hereinafter referred to as "the Debtor"), to a Proof of Claim filed by the Defendant, her mortgagee, THE KISSELL COMPANY (hereinafter "the Mortgagee").
