Defendant, Gerardo Rosa, a.k.a. Gerald Rosa, was indicted by the Cuyahoga County Grand Jury on one count, viz., aggravated murder in violation of R.C. 2903.01 with one gun specification. Defendant retracted a former plea of not guilty and pleaded guilty to the lesser included offense of murder in violation of R.C. 2903.02; the gun specification was deleted.
