The Secretary of the U.S. Department of Labor (the Secretary) appeals from the district court's denial of her Rule 60(b) motion to set aside a consent order. The Secretary, who prepared the order which was signed by all parties and approved by the court, claims that she erroneously calculated and thus substantially underestimated the potential loss figure which was set out in the order. We find that the district court did not abuse its discretion...
