This is an appeal from a judgment following a jury verdict in favor of the appellee, Christ Rousseff, on his federal and state securities fraud claims. We reverse the judgment entered on the federal claim and the state common law fraud claim due to the district court's failure to submit the issue of proximate cause to the jury.
