The issue in this case is whether the plaintiff's pursuit of administrative remedies operated to toll the running of the statute of limitations in her subsequent 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action. Because we find that it did not, we affirm the district court's dismissal on grounds that the statute of limitations had run. Black v.
