Appellants, Kevin Mathis, a minor, and Juanita Mathis, Kevin's mother, appeal the order of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of appellee, the Cleveland Public Library (hereinafter the "library").

On January 7, 1980, eight-year-old Kevin Mathis was struck by an automobile as he attempted to cross Baldwin Avenue, a four-lane residential street, in front of a parked bookmobile owned and operated by the library. Appellants filed suit...
