Plaintiffs brought this breach of contract action against defendants The Oregon Bank and Security Bank. Plaintiffs claim that The Oregon Bank breached its promise to lend money to two of the plaintiffs, James Doyle (Doyle) and Riverside Forest Products, Inc. (Riverside).
