Respondent-appellant, Richard Sumpter, a beneficiary of the estate, appeals as of right from an order of the Livingston County Probate Court removing Raymond A. Kosinski, co-personal representative of the Estate of Charles L. Sumpter, deceased, as co-personal representative. Counsel for Raymond A. Kosinski also filed a brief in support of the appeal.
