OPINION AND ORDER

On January 26, 1987, the Second Judicial District Court, Silver Bow County, issued an order that the State of Colorado had not complied with the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD) so that defendant Anderson's arrest was null and void and that all future Colorado detainers, based upon the same charges, were declared to be of no effect in the State of Montana.
