More than 300 individual plaintiffs commenced this securities fraud lawsuit in the fall of 1985 and then filed an amended complaint, ostensibly as a class, on March 14, 1986. The case was transferred to this court by Judge Terence T. Evans on November 4, 1987 following my appointment to the federal bench.
