The action was brought in four counts by Emma Voight and her husband, Richard F. M. Voight, against the defendants, Mark A. Selman, Edwin E. Drew, Jr., and Edwin E. Drew. The plaintiffs alleged personal injuries, loss of consortium, and financial losses arising from a collision between an automobile driven by the named plaintiff...
