HARRISON, Justice.

Following a bench trial on May 18 and 19, 1987, before the Honorable Thomas A. Olson, in the 18th Judicial District, the defendant, Katherine Michelle Brown (hereinafter Brown) was found guilty of the criminal sale of dangerous drugs, a felony, in violation of § 45-9-101(1), MCA.
