("TMI"), appeal from an order of the district court dismissing Schaefer's employment discrimination claim under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and pendent state law claim, and denying TMI's motion for sanctions under Fed.R.Civ.P. 11.
