This matter is before the court on defendants' motions for summary judgment. This case arises out of the settlement of a sexual harassment case filed by plaintiff Marcia Tomson ("Tomson") in 1982 against defendant Kansas Attorney General Robert T. Stephan ("Stephan") and others. Tomson now claims that by discussing the terms of that settlement in a news conference in 1985, Stephan breached their settlement...
