This case pends on defendants' motions for summary judgment.1 Defendants contend that plaintiffs' cause of action is time barred under the six-month statute of limitations for hybrid Section 301/fair representation litigation adopted in DelCostello v. Teamster's, 462 U.S. 151, 155, 103 S.Ct. 2281, 2285, 76 L.Ed.2d 476 (1983).
