This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction and sentence of the defendant-appellant by the Court of Common Pleas of Henry County for the offense of drug abuse in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A). Prior to this judgment the defendant had filed a motion to suppress certain evidence and this motion was overruled by the trial court.
