MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge:

On February 26, 1984, Jewel Food Stores, Inc. ("Jewel") unilaterally reduced the wages and benefits of various employees in apparent contravention of a written collective bargaining agreement with the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local No. 881 ("Local").
