MEMORANDUM DECISION

ENRIGHT, District Judge.

Defendants in the above-captioned cases move the court for an order declaring unconstitutional the sentencing guidelines (hereinafter "Guidelines") recently promulgated by the United States Sentencing Commission ("Commission"). Upon due consideration of the memoranda and arguments of all parties, the court finds that defendants' arguments are not meritorious; accordingly, their motions must be denied.
