The plaintiff (hereinafter "Saunders") and the corporate defendant (hereinafter "SIS") executed a commercial lease (hereinafter "the lease"), (Exhibit 1) for premises at the Boston Park Plaza with a twenty-four (24) month term commencing February 1, 1985.
