Appellant, Angel John Zabaneh, was convicted on seven counts relating to possession and distribution of marihuana in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 3237(a), 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(6), and 21 U.S.C. §§ 951 et seq.
