David Patrick Williams and Charles E. Froschauer dealt drugs from Florida to customers in Illinois. This story begins in April, 1985, when Fred Crook and two others flew from Chicago to Miami to purchase marijuana from Williams and David Schonback, with whom Crook had had previous drug dealings. Although the marijuana deal fell through, the parties discussed cocaine deals, which soon materialized. In May or June, 1985, Crook purchased two kilograms...
