Plaintiffs, Avi, Ralph and Joe Nakash bring this action under the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. § 552a(g)(1) (1983), claiming that defendant, the United States Department of Justice, wrongfully disclosed information about them to third parties.
