Appellant Sally Fitch challenges an order granting summary judgment in favor of appellee Buffalo Federal Savings and Loan Association. Appellant defaulted on a promissory note, and appellee foreclosed on the property securing that debt. Foreclosure was by advertisement and sale under a power of sale clause in the mortgage.
