Patricia R. Juelson was convicted, based upon her plea of no contest, of one count of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree, AS 11.41.434(a)(1), an unclassified felony, and one count of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree, AS 11.41.436(a)(2), a class B felony.
