South Sanpitch Company appeals from the trial court's judgment insofar as it awarded no damages to South Sanpitch for the negligence of D Land Title Company. The trial court found D Land Title negligent, but ruled that no harm had resulted from D Land Title's delay in recording a partial reconveyance of real estate.
