Appellant, Thomas V. Thompson, appeals from his conviction of two counts of having a weapon under disability in violation of R.C. 2923.13(A)(2), and one count of carrying a concealed weapon in violation of R.C. 2923.12.1 We affirm in part and reverse and modify in part.
