This is an admiralty action arising out of a contract of charter party between plaintiff Maritime Ventures International, Inc. ("Maritime"), the owner of the vessel Senhorita, and defendant Caribbean Trading & Fidelity, Ltd. ("Caribbean"). Maritime seeks to recover $346,915.17 in demurrage charges, which it claims accrued under the charter party due to the detention of the Senhorita at Bonny, Nigeria...
