Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment dismissing each of their successive complaints for failure to state a claim. They borrowed money from defendant to buy a truck. The truck, which was collateral for the loan, was damaged in a collision. Plaintiffs allege that defendant agreed in the loan contract to provide insurance for the truck but failed to do so.
