This appeal arises out of a pretrial ruling enforcing a subpoena of a third party witness in connection with a pending criminal prosecution of Lyndon H. LaRouche, "The LaRouche Campaign," and seventeen other entities and individuals affiliated with that campaign. The indictment charged mail and wire fraud involving fraudulent credit card charges related to LaRouche's 1984 presidential campaign; it also charged a conspiracy to obstruct justice...
