FOTI, J.

The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, after a jury trial, of breach of peace in violation of General Statutes § 53a-181. The sole issue on appeal is whether the court erred in denying the defendant's motion for a mistrial because of improper comments made by the state's attorney in closing argument. We find no error.
