Petitioners, who are oil producers, seek review of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("Commission") orders concerning ten petitions for adjustment filed by petitioners under § 502(c) of the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978, ("NGPA") 15 U.S.C. § 3412(c).
