PER CURIAM:

James Allen Bostic was involved in an automobile accident on June 15, 1985, at approximately 7:00 p.m. Bostic's blood alcohol level was over .13 percent at the time of the accident. He was traveling at a speed well in excess of the posted limit on Bottom Road near Fallon.
