We are asked to determine whether a village maintained holiday display exhibited on the front lawn of the Village Hall violates the Establishment Clause of the U.S. Constitution because it includes a depiction of the nativity scene. Under the law of this and other circuits, we conclude that the placement of the creche in front of the Village Hall suggests the alliance of church and state and therefore violates...
