Robert Freeman pled guilty to two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor under the age of sixteen. Freeman later moved to withdraw his guilty plea and his motion was denied. Judgment was entered and consecutive sentences were imposed: an indeterminate term not to exceed twenty years on one count, and an indeterminate term not to exceed ten years on the other.
