This appeal is from the District Court's order granting Larry Haymon a writ of habeas corpus. Haymon was found guilty on March 19, 1982, in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County of carrying a concealed weapon. He was sentenced to six years imprisonment. The conviction was affirmed on direct appeal. State v. Hayman1, 671 S.W.2d 336 (Mo.Ct.App.1984) (per curiam).
