Plaintiffs Becker and Silmot, Inc., brought this legal malpractice action against defendant Carstens (defendant) for his failure to include certain conditions in the deed by which the Beckers conveyed real property to defendant Port Dock Four, Inc.1 The Beckers retained ownership of the parcel adjoining that property, and Silmot continued to operate a restaurant on the land which the Beckers retained.2<...
