Petitioner appeals from the denial of two separate post conviction motions. We review the background.

Petitioner pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute and one count of possession with intent to distribute. On June 18, 1985, he was sentenced to seven years on both counts, the sentences to run concurrently, and a $25,000 fine.
